Yes, incandescent models can be purchased:

Incandescent models: Due to their short lifespan, the demand in the market is decreasing, and they are gradually disappearing.
LED products: These are widely used due to their long lifespan and high efficiency, and most of the market consists of LED tower lights.

For signal tower light products, what is the difference between models that have the same specifications but have an "E" in the model name? Tower Lamp

A

Products with an "E" in the name have a shorter light module height than the standard.
For example, in the ST series, the standard height of a single-layer kit is 7 cm, and the "E" type is 4 cm.

I accidentally damaged the LED kit of the signal tower light. Can I purchase it separately? Tower Lamp

Tower light kits can be purchased separately. Please check the model name, voltage, and color of the tower light in use before placing an order.

Can I purchase a signal tower light with a built-in alarm sound? Tower Lamp

Yes, you can purchase it.
The sound options for Qlight tower lights include the buzzer (BZ) type and the built-in alarm sound type (W□). For tower lights with built-in alarm sounds, refer to the ST series, and search for "-W" on our website."

Is there only one type of buzzer sound for signal tower lights? Tower Lamp

Our tower light buzzers come in two types:

Standard: Standard sound/1-sound buzzer (intermittent sound beepbeep)
Customization: Continuous buzzer sound (beep~~~beep~~~beep)/2-sound buzzer (intermittent beep~~~beep / fast intermittent beep beep beep beep).

I want to buy a signal tower light with adjustable volume. What options are available?Tower Lamp

The representative models are the QTG/STG series. The outer diameter of the QTG series is "50mm", "60mm", "70mm", and the outer diameter of the STG series is "40mm", "50mm", "60mm".

STG60 is scheduled for mass production in Q4, 2024.

Can I purchase just the bracket separately? Tower Lamp

Tower light brackets can be purchased separately:

Products with an outer diameter of 40–60mm should be combined with a Φ18 bracket.
Products with an outer diameter of 70–80mm should be combined with a Φ24 bracket.

What signal tower light products can be installed outdoors? Tower Lamp

A

The protection ratings for modular LED tower lights are as follows:

QTG series, QTC series, QTR series, QT series general models: Protection rating IP65, suitable for outdoor use.
Buzzer built-in models: Protection rating IP54, not suitable for outdoor use.

I need to order the QTG50L-4-24-RAGB, but I ordered a 3-layer product. Can I purchase the BLUE color separately and assemble it? Tower Lamp

A

The QTG series is a modular LED tower light, and the lens color can be changed or modules added without any tools. Regardless of the number of layers in the tower light, the signal line applies up to 5 layers, and you can purchase the BLUE-colored kit separately for use.
