The LED lights for QML / QMFLN products come with two types of M12 connectors:

*Body-attached type: M12 connectors are directly attached to the product body.
*Pigtail type: Cables are extended with an M12 connector at the end.

1. Standard Customer Service period: In 7 days after reception.

2. Urgent Customer Service request: Please inquire at least 3 days in advance at the distributor or our company.

3. Extended period: If the standard Customer Service period is exceeded, we will contact you separately to arrange for further processing.
