Qlight Electronics (Qidong) Co., Ltd. completion ceremony held
On November 17, 2023, the completion ceremony of Qlight Electronics (Qidong) Co., Ltd. was held in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province, China. In 2001, Korea Q-Lite recognized the growth potential of the Chinese market and its importance as a global production base and established China Q-Lite. Afterwards, the Qidong factory was completed to accommodate the explosively increasing demand for products in China.After the after-party as a pre-ceremony event, we toured the Qidong factory. Under the guidance of General Manager Lee Jong-han, there is an employee lounge, main auditorium, reliability test room, physical training room, board storage warehouse, public relations center, lobby, integrated office, production site, shipping inspection room, site lounge, aging room, bonding room, bolt warehouse, wire crimping room, and purchasing. I looked around the Qidong factory, including the warehouse and import inspection room. The guests in attendance and the headquarters staff visiting from Korea were impressed by the well-maintained factory facilities and scale.At the completion ceremony, Kim Geun-mo, Executive Consul of the Korean Consulate in Shanghai, Yu Lichun, Vice Mayor of the Qidong City Government of Jiangsu Province, Secretary Xing Lingma of Qidong City\'s Gaoxin District, Kim Sang-yoon, Chairman of the Korea Reading Culture Foundation, Director Byeong-hwa Jeong, Senior Vice President of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry Jeong Hoe-nam, and Kim Myo-geum, Senior Representative of the Shanghai Representative Office of the Busan City Government of Korea Guests including the CEO, headquarters staff, and local Chinese staff were present. Vice President Park Young-cheol and Employee Hwang Yu-ting opened the ceremony by serving as emcee and interpreter, respectively. The event proceeded in the following order: opening declaration, introduction of guests, viewing of Qlight promotional video, progress report, commemorative speech, congratulatory address, tape cutting, and commemorative photo. Lastly, the completion ceremony was concluded with a spectacular fireworks launch.It was completed in September 2019 and began operation in January 2020, but the completion ceremony was delayed much longer than planned due to the sudden pandemic. Qlight develops a wireless process-type tower lamp
Qlight, a signaling device specialist, announced on the 14th that it had developed a \'wireless process type tower lamp\' for building a smart factory. This product is composed of 20 layers using LED. Equipped with a programmable function, various color changes and individual control are possible for each layer. The programmable function is a function that allows the user to set and change the operation of the product as desired. Users can set the lead time for each process and perform time sequence control through the provided program. Trigger control is also possible for each layer using an external pulse signal. In production processes with lead times and production sites where work progress must be checked according to the process, workers and managers can easily check the progress of the process. By applying color LEDs to the light source, 27 colors and each layer can be controlled, enabling more than 10,000 different patterns to be realized.The company explained that it can solve problems such as communication line installation, production line downtime, and communication problems between other types, which were problematic in existing signal information devices.
