Q
Can you recommend an ETN product with an adjustable buzzer sound?
Smart Factory
-
A
Among the special control tower lights, the QTG-ETN series, QTC-ETN series, and QTR-ETN series have adjustable buzzer sounds. The buzzer volume can be adjusted using the volume control switch located at the bottom of the product body.

Q
What is the maximum length of the USB cable for your products?
Smart Factory
-
A
When extending the USB cable, a voltage drop may occur due to the extended cable length. Therefore, the maximum guaranteed cable length is up to 2 meters.

Q
I want to use the signal tower light products by applying voltage to each one. Could you explain the wiring method?Tower Lamp
-
A
1. DC type: Separate power supply method.
-Apply (+) or (-) power to the common line (black) and directly apply the opposite polarity to the remaining color wires. The polarity of the common line and the remaining power wires must be different.
2. AC type: Consists of two power lines and one common line, and the configuration may vary depending on the number of beacon lights.
-Apply AC power to the 0.75SQ (black, white) wires, and connect the 0.3SQ black wire to the cable.
-If you wish to use the same wiring method as the DC type, please specify "DC Voltage for Each Terminal" when placing your order.

Q
Please let me know the types of signal tower light mounting bases and how to mount them.Tower Lamp
-
A
Types of mounting bases for tower lights:
1. SCREW & NUT: Qlight standard option. It has a threaded pole end, and a nut is attached for mounting.
2. LB□□: A standard pole mounting product with an "L-shaped" mounting bracket used for mounting the product on vertical surfaces like walls.
3. SZ□□: A round mounting base used for horizontal surface installation. Made of aluminum and silver in color.
- QZ□□: Similar to SZ□□ but made of PC and black in color.
4. LW□□: A premium vertical mounting bracket used for mounting on vertical surfaces like walls. The cable can be drawn out from the bottom of the pole, and the bottom of the pole is threaded to allow the attachment of a cable connector for flexible conduits.
For other mounting brackets, please check our website:
5. SL□□: This is a round mounting bracket used for installing the product on a horizontal surface, and it can be adjusted 180 degrees from the ground.
- QL□□: This bracket serves the same purpose as the SL□□ but is made of PC material and is black in color.
For information on other mounting bracket products, please visit our website.

Q
What is the difference between NPN and PNP in the signal tower light wiring method?Tower Lamp
-
A
The basic specifications for DC lighting include a built-in bridge circuit for non-polarized wiring, allowing compatibility regardless of NPN or PNP types.
However, for DC flashing types and AC products, please check compatibility with the transistor (TR) type you intend to use by referring the manual or contacting us or a distributor.
▶ Example of DC Voltage for Each Terminal
1) NPN Transistor
-If the COM (black wire) is connected to the (+) polarity, the transistor (TR) connected to the other signal lines must use NPN, with the emitter terminal connected to the (-) power.
2) PNP Transistor
-If the COM (black wire) is connected to the (-) polarity, the transistor (TR) connected to the other signal lines must use PNP, with the emitter terminal connected to the (+) power.
3) NPN and PNP Transistors types are used depending on the polarity of the power applied to the common line.
